Players regularly got together in the off-season to prepare for the LKSSAA senior AAA campaign.
Their months of work paid off in Saturday's final with a 23-13 win over the visiting Ursuline Lancers.
"From the very beginning, we knew this year was going to be special," Vikings quarterback Carter Pagano said. "We acquired some new coaches that have done great things and other coaches have stepped up.
"We have to go back to the summertime when guys were coming out here three months before the season even started. We were throwing around balls, getting stuff down, just working our tails off so we have that stuff ironed out by the start of the season so we can get off to a good start."
The defending champion Lancers trailed 16-0 at halftime and 23-5 early in the fourth quarter.
