BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The updated drought monitor came out yesterday and it didn't paint a pretty picture over our neck of the woods. Moderate drought has already encompassed our region, with little in the way of rain expected.
There will be higher humidity, so expect early AM fog today and tomorrow.
Friday will become mostly sunny and warm with highs in the upper 80s.
Friday night football forecast is in good shape with clear skies and nice temperatures.
More football action this weekend between LSU and Texas A&M, where the weather will be warm and dry.
We'll have a similar forecast for the Jags as they travel to Florida to play the Rattlers.
In the extended, there are a few low chances of rain, Wednesday through Halloween, into Friday.
