A Lincoln County man pulled a gun on a jailer in September after apparently not being searched during his arrest.The Wellston Police Department released more information on what happened that day. Arrest documents say Wellston police Chief Alfred Hancock was actually the first to respond to the scene. From the video KOCO 5 obtained from the department, there was no proof that he or the arresting officer searched the man at all -- ultimately allowing the gun in the Lincoln County Jail. "You have anything to drink today?" an officer asks Jerry Lorenz in the body camera video from Sept. 4. "Alright, not even like one or two beers?"Law enforcement showed up after Lorenz hit a guard rail at the Highway 66 bridge just east of Wellston."I haven't done anything wrong," Lorenz said. The arrest document says Hancock showed up at the scene.He told KOCO 5 that he was off duty and wasn't wearing a body camera.On the arresting officer's body camera, Lorenz is seen stumbling as he walks around the scene and denies multiple requests for a breathalyzer."Would you take a field sobriety test?" the officer asks."No," Lorenz responds."Would you blow all zeros on a breathalyzer?" the officer asks."I guess, yeah," Lorenz replies."I'm placing you under arrest for suspicion of DUI," the officer says.The video never shows Lorenz being searched or being read his Miranda rights. The chief told KOCO 5 via email that the video was not redacted whatsoever. Lorenz was asked multiple times if he had a weapon."You don't have any guns, knives, bombs, any dangerous instruments?" the officer asks."Bombs? You got a bomb?" Lorenz says."Do you have any contraband?" the officer asks."Heck yeah, I can go back with a firearm," Lorenz says."Say it one more time," the officer insists. "No bombs, knives, dangerous instruments or weapons?
