State police say one driver involved, Martin Flynn, 49, of Dunmore, merged onto I-81 and cut off another driver, Noah Joseph Augustine, 22, of Jefferson Township.

Troopers said a road rage incident occurred between the two drivers and Flynn applied his brakes, leading to the passenger of the other vehicle, 24-year-old Austin Joseph Augustine rolling down his window and pointing a Ruger 9mm handgun toward Flynn's direction.

Police say Flynn followed the vehicle onto the Biden Expressway and called 911.

On October 23, Austin Joseph Augustine was charged with terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.
