Cooper Kupp's time with the Los Angeles Rams could be nearing its end. After it was reported that the Rams were receiving calls about their star receiver, it's since been made public that they're also calling teams in search of a second-round pick for Kupp.
With the trade deadline approaching, the Rams don't have much time to decide whether to trade their former Super Bowl MVP. That means this could come together rather quickly, especially if a desperate team is willing to give the Rams a second-rounder.
Looking at the landscape of the NFL right now, here are seven teams that could potentially have interest in acquiring Kupp.
Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs would obviously make a ton of sense considering their Super Bowl window is wide open in 2024 and they just lost Rashee Rice for the season. The biggest hurdle standing in Kansas City's way is the salary cap, sitting with just $4.16 million in cap room as of now.
They would need the Rams to eat a significant portion of Kupp's remaining salary in order to get a deal done, but that could also drive up the asking price for Los Angeles. The Rams presumably wouldn't have any problem trading him to the Chiefs, considering they're in the AFC.

The Buccaneers wouldn't have been on the list before Monday night's loss to the Ravens but they're suddenly desperate for wide receiver help. Mike Evans has a hamstring injury and Chris Godwin dislocated his ankle in the final minute of the game, which will cause him to miss the rest of the season.
Liam Coen is the Buccaneers' offensive coordinator, so he would probably love to work with Kupp again, and Tampa Bay has $10.5 million in cap room to work with. He would fit in perfectly in the Buccaneers' offense as their slot receiver, taking Godwin's place at wideout.

The Steelers were in the mix for Davante Adams before the Jets got a deal done with Las Vegas, so they'd naturally be a fit for Kupp. They could badly use some wide receiver talent to go alongside George Pickens, who broke out with a huge performance against the Jets in Russell Wilson's debut.
Plugging Kupp in as the slot receiver with Pickens on the outside and Pat Freiermuth at tight end would give the Steelers a legitimate trio of pass catchers on offense.

The way the Ravens are rolling right now, they may not need to change a thing. However, Kupp could be the missing piece that gets them over the hump as a Super Bowl team. He'd be an immediate upgrade over Nelson Agholor, not only as a receiver, but also as a run blocker for Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson.
Pairing him with Zay Flowers, Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely would really open up Baltimore's offense and put this team over the top - potentially ahead of the Chiefs in the AFC. Kupp wins with precise routes and yards after the catch, giving Jackson an easy target over the middle and possibly the best receiver he's ever played with.

With Brandin Cooks still on the shelf, the Cowboys are down to CeeDee Lamb and a bunch of unproven receivers. Acquiring Kupp would allow the Cowboys to move Lamb around a bit more, knowing they have another talented wideout who can separate from coverage and give Dak Prescott some easier throws.
The Cowboys aren't usually aggressive on the trade market but they did make a move for Amari Cooper in 2018 when they gave up a first-rounder for the Raiders receiver. Might Jerry Jones get into desperation mode and strike a deal for Kupp?
Los Angeles Chargers

The Rams are all about doing right by their players, even when offloading them. What better way to do right by Kupp than trading him to the team that plays in the same stadium as the Rams, allowing him to stay at home in Los Angeles?
Plus, Kupp would get to play with Justin Herbert, who badly needs some help on the outside. The Chargers are a fringe playoff team and acquiring Kupp could put them even closer to a postseason berth in the AFC.
New Orleans Saints

The Saints were viewed as another suitor for Adams when the Raiders were shopping him, though they may not be as interested in acquiring a star receiver with their season going sideways. They've lost five games in a row and Derek Carr remains sidelined with an oblique injury, so trading for someone like Kupp may not be in the cards anymore.
Plus, New Orleans only has $2.1 million in cap room this year so the Rams would really need to take on a lot of Kupp's salary in order to make this deal work.
