Strategic goals for 2025
A key strategic priority for us is to capitalize on the capabilities of AI and automation. AI is no longer just a buzzword. Our aim is to convert the art of the possible into reality and leverage AI to create a genuine ten-fold increase in efficiency and productivity.
The TripStax leadership team is also working on a covert new product, which will be realised from stealth mode in 2025 and will add a dynamic new strategic direction to our tech offering.
Our commitment to best-in-class client data and information security management is an omnipresent priority, exemplified in 2024 when our tech solutions achieved rigorous ISO 27001and ISO 27018 certifications and as well as Type 1 SOC 2 audit.
We will also never lose sight of TripStax's core goal which is to redefine the technology landscape and economics for travel management companies (TMCs) and corporates globally by giving them access to premium, proven and affordable technology solutions.
Lessons learned since founding
Our industry has become accustomed to saying that change is a slow process, particularly when it comes to technology. But there are players in the market who are starting to prove that this statement can now be dismissed. AI is a fundamental facilitator for this change, driving innovation and efficiency gains at a much faster and agile pace.
TMCs have limited options to evolve their business and embrace the new tech landscape, unless they make a fundamental overhaul to their operations. Many TMCs are looking for technology solutions which can be implemented alongside their existing set-up, so no disruption is caused to BAU operations, and this is where TripStax is able to step in and facilitate this evolution. Our offering is highly flexible and scalable. Clients can start with The TripStax Core connected to one or two TripStax modules, and add further modules in their own timeframe, without disrupting their business-as-usual workflows.
Right from the outset, we aimed to build a company culture where employees feel valued and inspired to be part of business success. The importance of cultivating this collaborative, positive and open working environment for our people has paid dividends for us.
