PASCO -- Anacortes High School junior Dylan Rowell became Saturday the seventh Skagit County runner to win a state cross country title.
Rowell ran the 5,000-meter course at Sun Willows Golf Course in 15 minutes, 26.90 seconds to win the Class 2A title.
