The emails invite chefs to the Michelin Guide announcement ceremony on November 11 in Houston. I received mine as a media member at 3:23 p.m. and have spoken to two restaurateurs who got emails. Remember, as the Dallas Morning News reported, any restaurant invited to the announcement ceremony will win something. That could be a "recommended" listing, a Bib Gourmand honor for budget eats, a green star for sustainable practices, or one to three stars for excellence.
