WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - The roof partially collapsed during a fire at an abandoned commercial building in West Chester overnight, according to the fire chief.
Flames shot through the roof and also blew out the garage door in the 9000 block of Sutton Place off Ohio 747.
About 40 firefighters responded shortly after 3 a.m.
The building was unoccupied, according to the township.
No injuries were immediately reported.
The fire is out but fire crews are continuing to put out "hot spots."
The cause remains under investigation.
