Arival & TourReview Honor Top Global Tour Operators in 2024 Spotlight Awards, Highlighting Best in Customer Experience and Innovation

Arival, the foremost community in the in-destination experiences sector, and TourReview, a review management platform, have revealed the winners of the second annual Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards. These awards celebrate exceptional tour, activity, and attraction operators from around the globe, determined through an analysis of millions of customer reviews.
The winners were announced during Arival's annual conference, Arival 360 | San Diego, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
"The Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards are the only awards in the industry determined by customer reviews," said Douglas Quinby, Arival Co-Founder and CEO. "Customer reviews are the most important measure of quality in the experiences industry, and we are proud to partner with TourReview to recognize the companies that are delivering exceptional experiences."
The awards were presented across five categories: Sightseeing Tours, Culinary Tours & Experiences, Adventure Tours & Activities, Visitor Attractions, and Day Tours & Excursions. Within each category, winners were recognized in three size classes: Small (250-1,000 reviews), Medium (1,001-5,000 reviews), and Large (over 5,000 reviews).
Winners were determined through a data-driven, independent analysis of customer reviews gathered from various prominent review sites and online travel agencies (OTAs), facilitated by TourReview.
