A lawsuit filed by the mother of Harmony Montgomery is detailing new allegations against the state of New Hampshire.Crystal Sorey accuses the Division of Children, Youth and Families of failing to respond to reports of abuse that were made months before Harmony was murdered by her father. Sorey originally filed her lawsuit in September, but earlier this month, her attorney filed a revised version with additional information about why Sorey and her attorney said the state failed to protect the girl.The lawsuit was filed against the state of New Hampshire, the Department of Health and Human Services and DCYF.
