The King County Sheriff in the Seattle area is preparing to sell some of former Epik CEO Rob Monster's assets to satisfy a judgment.
Robert M. Lee sued Monster over the domain name rle.com, which Lee said was stolen from him. Monster never responded to the suit, and the court issued a default judgment for $486,432.
To satisfy the judgment, the sheriff's office is auctioning some of Monster's assets. This includes silver bars and coins and a stamp collection. It also includes a 2011 Lexus and a 2015 Fiat 500.
The property will be sold on December 4.
This case is just one of Monster's legal problems. He's currently in default on another lawsuit that seeks more than $1 million.
