(New York, NY) - More details are emerging in the case against Sean "Diddy" Combs. The rapper has been behind bars since he was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges in September. E! News obtained recent filings where one plaintiff claimed that the baby oil investigators retrieved from Combs' house was laced with Rohypnol or GHB - otherwise known as the date rape drug.
The filing claims that Combs would pour the oils on his victims "so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim's skin". Authorities seized 1000 bottles while searching Combs' house when he was first arrested in September. Combs has denied any wrongdoing and his legal team continues their efforts to get him out of jail while he waits for his next day in court, scheduled for May 5th.
