We are all for spooky season and fall. With this time of year there is nothing better than curling up at home with a good book or movie and drinking hot chocolate or a pumpkin spice latte. This is definitely sweater weather and most people choose to celebrate by watching Halloween movies ranging everywhere from Hocus Pocus to The Conjuring. However, we think one of the best fall movies and books to enjoy in the fall is Harry Potter.
No matter which book in the series you are reading there is nothing better than Harry Potter in the fall. Everything from the scenery in all of the movies to the vibes all of the books have they definitely scream fall. It also is quite common to see people dressing up as Harry Potter characters for Halloween so if there was ever time to become a Potter Head or enjoy the story the time is now.
Which is why it is absolutely perfect that Wizard Encounter at the Boise Depot is right around the corner. This annual event is perfect for anyone who is a die hard Harry Potter fan or even just someone who is a little bit interested in the movies and books.
This fun and spooky open house at the depot will give everyone a chance to meet all of your favorite witches and wizards. There will be photo opportunities with all of them from noon to 4 pm. There will also be guided tours of the Boise Depot from noon to 1:30 pm. Everyone is encouraged to where there best costumes and anyone of any age is welcome to enjoy this event. The event is happening October 20th and there will be food vendors on site as well as free face painting.
